Shipping Policy

STUX is a food ordering platform for in-person pickup at restaurants near your college campus. We do not ship physical goods.

How you receive your order

After a restaurant accepts your order, you will receive a QR code and a 6-character pickup code in the app. Bring either to the restaurant counter within 90 minutes to collect your order and pay the remaining bill amount in person. There is no delivery option — all orders are collected directly from the restaurant.
