This Privacy Policy explains what information No Brainers Lab ("we", "us") collects through the STUX app and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details — your college email, name, phone number, and date of birth, provided during signup.
- College affiliation — used only to verify you are an eligible student; we do not use it to restrict which restaurants you can see.
- Location — your device's current location, used to show nearby restaurants sorted by distance. Location is requested each time you open the app and is never stored on our servers beyond what's needed to render your session.
- Order history — restaurants you've ordered from, items, amounts paid, and order status.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
How we use this information
- To create and verify your student account.
- To show you nearby restaurants and process your orders.
- To send order-status notifications (e.g. order accepted, ready for pickup).
- To process refunds when applicable, per our Refunds Policy.
Who we share information with
We share order details with the restaurant you order from (to fulfill your order) and payment details with Razorpay (to process payment and refunds). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data retention
We retain your account and order history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing nobrainershq@gmail.com.
